Why choose between cards or Tambola?

In this game, the players need to write numbers on every card of the ticket. For eg: on a “heart card the player randomly writes a number 9, on a spade card the player writes “6”. The game begins with a card drawn from the deck of 52 cards after shuffling & reshuffling. The players need to dab their cards if their card has been drawn.
